Need to reset up every now and then
And this time app is asking to connect to Wi-Fi and I made sure my phone is connected to 2.4G Wi-Fi, friendly up range and everything else I could think off, but when I go to wireless setup it keeps saying connect to WiFi again and again

Useless product
This doorbell camera useless now. Never buy Uniden product again!!!
Notifications stopped working; loses connection
We purchased a wifi booster to help solve the connection issues we were having initially. This helped somewhat - although never consistently. Then suddenly we stopped getting all notifications... not even when someone rings the doorbell. It is basically useless now. Spend a bit more money and get a product that actually provides some basic functionality. What a waste.

App has stopped sending notifications to phone.
Notifications not working
All was working okay until late November. Then notifications stopped working including when the doorbell (physical doorbell still rings). Submitted a trouble ticket and no response. Called customer service and they can’t help. Apparently the doorbell division was sold and they have no options to assist! Wow! Why would a person buy a Uniden product?

Notification Failure
After a year of usage, the notification does work anymore. Even if the doorbell is rung, it won’t notify my phone. Does this how this unit only work because also read a comment of the same concern? Please address this issue not unless it was design this way?

No way to reboot my doorbell and suddenly notifications have stopped
No notification anymore
The app is not receiving either call press or motion detection notification. Had to open the app to see if there were new motion detection events. That render this app mostly useless. Please fix.
Notifications stopped working suddenly
The real time notifications I loved to receive as soon as something was detected at my frontdoor suddenly stopped working about 3 days ago. Now, my uniden frontdoor doorbell has become quite useless unless I go check manually the messages... disappointed.
No notifications
For some odd reason the notifications stopped working. The door bell rings but doesn’t notify my app. Worked fine for about 1 year. I tied everything from deleting the app, reset doorbell and even changed accounts. Please get this fixed soon or I’ll just throw it away and get Ring.
