Waste of time & money
Thought I’d try this one out for one of my doors. This thing looses connection all the time, very delayed, doesn’t capture motion or visitors. It no longer records & I’ve only had it installed for a month now... This company really needs to get their stuff together & improve the product very much!! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It’s a total waste of time & money! Extremely unstable.

Ugh what a total waste!
Just don’t understand! I have “RING” on my frontdoor and it is perfect, got this as a gift for another door, and what a total waste of time and money. For the life of me, I cannot get it to connect and take a video. It only takes a pic when I go live (what’s the point?) my dog can be doing sprints in the yard and it doesn’t notice any motion 🤷♀️

It just doesn’t work
The only way I could get it to work was by hard wiring with an Ethernet cable, which defeats the whole purpose of getting this camera. Spent hours. No troubleshooting guides. Just return it if you bought one.
Not too good
The software more or less works. However, I can’t begin to describe how poorly the menus are laid out. Have this installed on my iPhone and iPad and different features work in each. Motion detection is NOT PIR. Setting your motion grid simply doesn’t work. I exclude the street and it continues to alarm on cars passing by. I’m going to keep at it but I would not recommend this to anyone.

Crashes saving image or video
Crashes saving image or video rather than requesting access to Photos.
The app, as bad as it was has recently gotten worse
This app has never been great on an iPhone X. It has horrible UI bugs with text left on screen when you change views to buttons that overlap. Don’t get me started on viewing recordings in landscape and not being able to go back unless you rotate the phone.
Recently though when I see I have a new Motion recording it will not let me view it. I try and it gets to around 30% loading and then says “No records found”, for every clip. So I tried using the save option hoping I could find another way to view it. That option, unfortunately, crashes the app Every time.
Could you please just hire a decent programmer so we can enjoy your product?
