App sets passwords that were never entered
Then the cam quality is so bad it refuses to reset the passwords
Can’t even remove the camera from the app to try again

No playback won't let u generate passwords. Error 4509 tech support useless

I bought 5 appcams from these guys. I can’t even get them connected to wifi. Called customer support, lady doesn’t even care. Says she can’t help me and that she has to escalate up to ‘corporate’ who doesn’t have an eta as to when I’ll hear back from them so I just have to wait. Said it’s up to me to return it if I want. Seriously... WHAT?

Just make sure you buy a new camera and not a refurb. Getting it unlocked from another users account is a nightmare. Other than that a great app.
Not liking this
I’ve had this about a year and it jumps on and offline by itself it’s mostly offline. I recommend this to my mom and she’s having the same problem and my friend I will not tell anyone to get this. I’ve emailed the company no reply

Notification on IOSApp from UnidenOne stopped working approximately a week ago. I reinstalled the app, verified notification settings, removed DB1 from App and re-installed it again. Enabled motion detection notifications and found its working as expected, but while I ring the door bell, incoming call notification does not receive.

It’s okay
The app says out of memory a lot even if there is only a couple videos on it. The notification bubble says 83 when there is only 5 or 6. It never matches. App doesn’t explain how to set up the sensor areas so you have to figure it out on your own.
Slow
Camera works well but this app or server is slow as molasses. I run a NVR/DVR with this camera and it has zero issues and has a fast connection to it.
This app or server takes forever to connect to my camera and notifications are hit or miss. It’s like being on dial up when connecting to this camera app.

Need a lot of work
Just got my U-Bell installed and find out this app cannot even save videos without crashing!
