Super fast and easy
This is such a great app, it’s more than just a convenient way to maintain fare, it’s a piece of mind. The connect card is great but sometimes the machines are down and the tickets machine is the same way, some days it works and others you pray the ticket checker doesn’t get on because you really have to get where you’re going in time. In less than a minute I can select, pay and present my ticket at any time of the day or night…… I always have them.

Great to get passes when no kiosk is available
This app has been the greatest thing for me to be able to ride the bus without having to worry about if there is an available kiosk to purchase a ticket. Several stations now have the kiosks shut down. Unfortunately one can never know if it is available or not. This has been a hassle free way of getting a ticket no matter where I am riding. Plus I no longer have to fumble around with things I am carrying around to make a purchase at the kiosk or on the buses. I also love that I can purchase extra tickets and store them in the cloud for my daughter when she needs to get to and from work. She is signed into my account and activates her pass onto her device. So convenient especially when the distance between us was an issue. I wish there was a way to make it work without data or WiFi. My daughter has experienced not having access to a ticket when she didn’t have service. While there is open WiFi on the transit vehicles, we are not fully comfortable in using it due to such high risk nowadays on public networks. If there is a way to make the app available without having an active service I would love to know how. We’ve made it work though. It can be a bit slow so I always suggest that as soon as you see your particular transit coming activate it immediately rather than when the transit arrives. However, all in all, I am glad it is offered and it definitely makes riding SacRT, and Yolobus a lot smoother.

It is so easy to buy Zip passes and have them on my Cellphone.
I ride Paratransit therefore this app is absolutely awesome. Because a lot of times I either don’t have cash, or I have run outa coupons. With this I can purchase a ticket anytime. 😀
Great transit app!
I use this app on a less than regular basis, but every time I do, I find it so easy and intuitive to use. It really makes taking public transit in Sacramento much more accessible and convenient.

This application is awesome. Very easy to use and gives me the the convenience to buy my tickets online through the app using my credit card. Love it.

This app works great with voiceover now you don’t have to hassle with finding the correct denominations of cash or worry about locating/dealing with ticket machines making life easier for all people with disabilities
Easy to use
This app is the bomb for purchasing tickets & keeping track of them - wish it had better integration with scheduling and routes. Nevertheless it’s easy to use - wish it had Apple-pay integration is my only change request.

Worked most of the time
Other than being a little resource demanding it seems to work and display. The fact that you have to tap your pass to display the other motion ( GIF? ). Graphic pass is a little annoying, but I understand the complexity.
