  • Payment status issues and locational distress

    This is the first time I’m using it. The amount I need to pay has been deducted from my account but I haven’t received confirmation and they keep telling me it’s being processed. I have refreshed it over 100 times. I also can’t find the option to confirm my location

  • POOR SYSTEM

    Are you moving forward or backwards?
    Anytime you update the app keeps becoming worse, it used to be easier and faster to use, now it’s poor, I tap on a product and all I get is “item not found”
  • Some of the riders are thieves

    They buy less amount of food you requested for..For instance,I always buy noodles from one joint and today I couldn’t go there myself
    Use Hubtel and the food that came was what less than what I ordered..imagine you ordering for large and they buy medium..Thus isn’t the first time ..

    I think the delivery fee should be sent back to ¢3.45. We loved it that’s the main reason we chose Hubtel over other services. Thank you

    The sms and messaging section doesn’t update new messages sent from the web. It’s stuck the old ones. Please check and fix asap
  • Price increment on app

    Hubtel has been my fav app since last year but got to my notice they’ve been inflating the prices in their app but when you walk in the restaurant or the shop the prices are less than what’s on the app. I’ve emailed and talked they claim they know nothing about yet it’s still the same thing. Change your ways THIEVES!!
  • About the new update

    Why is it that I can login with my number anymore after the new update… but when ever I try to login with a number that start with 024 it’s works out… I think you should check that very well cos Hubtel is where I orders food from and now I can’t even login after the new update since I think you can only login with numbers that start with 024 only.
