Poor Video Playback
Not sure if any updates have been done however I notice a small improvement yet there is still room for improvements. The video quality playback isn’t the greatest. The videos skips, stops or won’t play all the way through and I have to repeatedly log in every time I click on the app. Please update soon!Show lessUnhappy Comsumer
Good product some minor bugs.
With updates to app I no longer can get video that isn’t live. If someone rings the bell and I don’t answer the app no longer has video of who it was.
Doorbell works well as do videos.
Movement sensitivity is to sensitive. Have it set to large animal but goes off for snow, cars that drive by and our neighbors lights.
Notifications show as crazy high numbers like 17 when there is only 1 video.Show lessLinz Eden
App keeps having to log in when you get a lot of motion
Please fix your app every time I have more than five motions at my front door the app crashes and I have to re-sign in every single timeStrrrrrrrrrrr
Too sensitive, few options
Camera is too sensitive and there is no way to adjust it from the app. There’s no alternative to distinguish between notifications and as another reviewer put it in notifications just add up every second until there’s too many to easily delete.Michael Dawn
Needs to update
App is a little buggy. I use it on my iPhone 7 Plus and my iPad mini and they both react very similar. I think it needs a full screen option on the screen as it can be a bit cumbersome to alternate between the two. Could also use a better description as to using the app itself.. otherwise it does great for what it supposed to do. Motion sensor is very sensitive at times..Show lessRockstardvnt
