Have to re-sync every day
Functions well when connected however I have to have the tv on to re-sync the remote at least one- two times a day so when trying to turn the tv on it doesn’t always do it and I have to get up to turn the tv on manually which kind of defeats half the purpose of a remote.kvv3737
Good until the ads wreck the screen
I thought this app was sick until I was trying to push play again and ads popped up over my entire screen ruining where I was in my show. I didn’t have to pay extra when I bought my tv for a remote without ads why should I have to pay 3 dollars for one? Maybe a dollar to show the dev some love but geez. Roku remote
Not a fan, hit the volume button a few times and have to watch a commercial, opps too loud, wait for commercial to end tap a few volume down buttons and another commercial. I get they want to get paid but it’s a bit ridiculous. Can almost get a new remote for what they want for no commercials and for the hassle of all the commercials think that’s just what I’ll do.Show lessOx78

Everyone is saying in these reviews that it costs money and that it has very many ads. I don’t think it does. I believe this is an amazing app. I recently lost my remote and this really helped for when I wanted to watch tv in my room. I just found my remote, thankfully. I don’t like it
Need to be able to use a key board and they don’t have it. You should at least get it when you pay for the app. You can’t even search if you don’t because there are so many adds!rivera113
Typing Titles
I want to purchase this remote but as I used the advertising version I noticed it does not allow you to type in titles or passwords for other apps? Most remotes that are used on a phone have have this capability!

Every 5 seconds, though? Ads. Too much
The apps been on my done for 5 minutes and I am hoping I find my real remote. Sadly, this app is a reason for TCL to get revenue by having a remote that is fully submerged in ads; at times being the SAME EXACT AD. That has the be considered strange and unusual punishment.
It makes me think about how TCL looks at their customers. Not considering we would like to use the product, not get brainwashed to by a foolish product, while forgetting what you are really using the remote for.

I’ve seen people mention the ads, which are a some annoying. Pure money grab with the hopes you don’t realize literally every other remote app is better. I checked.
It doesn’t function how it should, struggles to connect to my 5g network, and even then doesn’t think my new, 850 dollars tv is on the same network. And yeah the ads pop your very first button click and every 7-10 after that.

I actually lost my remote recently (it will eventually show up for sure) since I have a 17 month old who always take and hide things. This is a great app, I don’t mind the ads at all.maaajesticboo

I lost my remote control and then I found this app out and then I downloaded it but first I had to look at the ratings if they were good I would download it if they weren’t I wouldn’t and later when I looked at the ratings they were very good and THEN when I actually downloaded it IT WAS VERY AWESOME AND I LOVE THIS APPShow lesswhat is good what is not
