Only somewhat helpful

This is a benefit provided by my company, and while I appreciate the option, the support is uneven. I think the most useful element of this service is provided caregiving resource suggestions, but in many cases I’ve found more appropriate options on my own. The social worker who is advising me is helpful but the people who answer general questions and connect with specialists need some training.

not very helpful and also also doesn’t work

The benefits and support tabs have literally never loaded for me. Otherwise, all this app seems to do is generate todo lists for me and try to feed me listicles when I can get better information elsewhere. very disappointed that my employer pays for this based on the “help“ I’m actually getting from it.

No timely support available

When you have an appointment with counselor they cancel on last min. We booked this appointment 1 week ago. Be mindful that the counselor have very less appointment time through out the day. They will keep cancelling. So basically this app is of no use when you need help. Such a waste of time and resources

Fix your sign up and login flow

Please add sign up and login success rate as a kpi, I think you’ll find it broken.
I get logged out for no reason and then put in this endless loop where it asks me to login or sign up, I select login, enter credentials and I’m back at the first screen being asked to sign up or login

Agreed we need better web/desktop support

When it comes to reading resources, I’m not going to be only using my phone. Cleo needs better web and desktop support, it’s silly that I can only read messages on the website but not anything else

App not working

Constantly having a message saying the app is updating. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, didn’t work. Every time I need to screenshot the issue to customer service, really ? Poor experience it is a shame when you need support. Very frustrating.

A hit and a miss

The content and support this app offers is fantastic. It really is next level.

The issue is the app itself.

1. Every time I open the app a get a screen stating ‘Cleo is updating’ EVERYTIME! This is infuriating and not aligned with a premium app experience. This loading page can stay on the screen more than a minute, then the impetus to use the app is lost.

2. When writing a message in the apps message platform, if you navigate away from the app of check some information in a different platform, the carefully written message is lost.

3. Links shared by the Cleo team do not open requiring the html address to be copied to a web browser. You then cannot navigate away from the page or explore other pages and have to return to the app and follow the process again.

The actual support I have received through the app is fantastic and the poor rating is only for the function and usability of the app.

App does not open up in IPad

Hi team, the app does not open up in iPad, crashes immediately

Worst app I’ve used

First review, worst app I’ve used. Despite multiple feedback, the app keeps requiring an update every other day, and it will not notify you of messages in your Cleo inbox, until you click and realize you have to update the app, yet again, or else you can’t see any of your messages, webinar sign ups etc.

The app will log you out multiple times without notification, and you won’t get a message notifications. It took weeks to realize it and multiple messages to tech support. It’s very poor for supposedly established, well supported company like Cleo.

Meh

The app keeps crashing. Much of the information is hard to navigate and I frequently end up going to other apps to check for what I need to know. The videos need to use better microphone so the audio doesn’t have hissing noise.
