Limited app features
I want to be able to search the chat for info I was given earlier . Also would like to have in app video features for meeting with the coaches or outside folks like LCs etc. seamless experience on desktop as well as iPad etc.
Video sound works on and off
I’ve been trying to watch some of the birth education videos but the sound doesn’t work. I’ve tried uninstalling, re installing, it works maybe once and then the next time I try to access it it doesn’t. I’ve verified other apps have their sound working just fine and I’m just using my speaker.
It’s been quite frustrating as I can’t access the videos any other way but in the app.

Wish there was a desktop version
I love the support from Cleo, but as a new mom with carpal tunnel in both hands, it’s extremely uncomfortable for me to use this app solely on my phone, especially when it comes to having discussions with my Cleo Support guide (would be much easier & better for my hands to type my messages on a computer/laptop). Ive been told this is for privacy reasons but there are lots of medical resources accessible on desktop.
Also, lately the app keeps crashing for me whenever I open up my messages. I’ve tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app but the issue continues. I hope they fix this bug.

Pretty buggy
New organisation of app makes it hard to find stuff. Can’t update profile when life circumstances change. Not the greatest app
Nothing loads
This app is trash. My husbands company pays for this but we can’t access anything because nothing loads, not the app or the webpage once you log in. It’s like taunting you with all the emails about all the wonderful perks they offer but you can’t use any of them.. or find anyway to contact anyone
Did not meet expectations
The app is weird, information is not really well organized and I can not find a way to invite my spouse
Good service app doing very bad in the last 2 months
The app used to be great, but in the last 2 months it is going bad, doesn’t matter how many time I removed it and reinstall.
Unprofessional, Useless, Unresponsive
Was really excited for the intro call with my guide, the messages being sent is all automated and not personal. Once call scheduled, guide didn’t even call or provide follow-up response.
Useless
The app is a lot of crappy articles that aren’t helpful. If you do talk to someone it’s through chat at first and their response rate is terrible. You end up getting a message once a day so it takes weeks to get anything accomplished. It’s ridiculous. We will see how the experts are but not impressed at all and my company pays for this. Seems like a waste of money.
