Don’t bother if it’s not your first kid
There really is nothing about this app that is worthwhile for anyone who is beyond their first kid.
It’s just informational and not even information that is particularly difficult to find.
For those that like the support of an an app sure, go for it. For those that would rather an actual person to be an advocate for you, get a doula.

Not allowing logins
The app has suddenly stopped working as I can no longer login. I add my login information only for it to refresh back to the home page, rather than logging me in. Would appreciate an update so that I can use the app. Thanks!
Great Service but Terrible App
The app crashes constantly. It also requires an update almost every time I open it. When the app works, the service is great. I have it as an employee benefit.
Lifesaver
I am so lucky this is a perk with my job…it’s amazing to have someone just a text away with helpful advice and resources. Parenting is overwhelming at times and sometimes you just need an expert.
Lucky to have Cleo as a parent
Truly don’t know where I’d be without this app and so thankful my company offers Cleo as a benefit. Unlimited expert advice, guidance, and answers for everything parenting? AND all for free?? Thought it was too good to be true but it’s not.

The Cleo app has very knowledgeable and friendly guides that has helped my family navigate some difficult times being a parent. Very thankful I found Cleo.
Can’t open app
App says it needs to be updated then sends me to the App Store where I can see I have the latest version. Right when I needed it for the first time :(
Terribly buggy onboarding
Received a CLEO benefit through my employer and tried several times over months to onboard in the app. Received different error messages and activation errors. This app is certainly in beta at best and not worth downloading.
