How do you cancel a subscription?

It was easy to get a subscription now I can’t seem to find a way to cancel it?

Don’t know if I’m being charged

What I don’t like about this app is that you have to pay monthly for it when I was trying to sign up for the free 14 day trial it wouldn’t let me continue because I did not leave a credit card on this iTunes account it is my sons and he is very smart and knows every password so now I do not know if it went through will I be charged for 399 even though I did not even enter into the full app

Good app but...

The app is good. I like that the kids are learning stuff while watching cartoons, but, I wish I can block some videos. There are some Mickey Mouse cartoons that are a little bit creepy for a kid and it’s giving nightmares to my daughter. She woke up like at 4 or 5ish in the morning yelling “Mickey”.
Overall is a good app but I wish they fix that. I’m uninstalling the app for now so she doesn’t watch this cartoon anymore

Hi Dahly, Thanks for sharing that with us. We will review all Mickey Mouse videos. You can also go into settings and activate the age filter so your child can get videos that are more appropriate to their age. We will also be looking of adding a new feature to block specify videos so that parents can have full control. Any other tip or assistance you may need, please let us know. Thanks

What an awesome app

It's so easy to use, kid-friendly and lots of colorful here which attracts children. This the the best app with lots of fun shows

excellent platform

kiddZtube has brought great experience so far. I've tried some apps like this before to prevent my kids watching not good videos from the dangers growing up but this was only app which made me satisfied. It owns excellent platform and I luv it.

So kid-friendly

I have never seen an app which was so kid-friendly as kiddZtube. All video on this app are verified carefully so I don't have to worry about what kinds of video my son is watching
