Disappointed
Always having to delete and reinstall because something isn’t working. First the purchase alerts then the face recognition. Now that add or whatever it is pops up and ask you to skip or later. I’ve selected both in hopes one of the other would make it go away but no such luck. Every single time I log on there it is again.

Happy with this app
Very easy to use for checking you spendings, making transfers from one account to another. Allows you to use face recognition for ease of access.
Don’t inconvenience your customers
When I updated my iPhone I had to set everything up again because bioidentification wouldn’t work! What a hassle. Chase bank app worked perfect just like before.
A little slow
App eventually opens and you are able to do transactions; however, it is slow. I have not had this problem in other bank apps.

Lock out
I get locked out like 4 or 5 times a day and I use the correct password and it still says it’s wrong and I even have it set up on copy and paste and it still locks me out everything is correct this app is going down the dump.
Discount App Service
I'm not usually one for writing reviews on apps, but it seems to me that someone's uncle's neighbor's kid sister created this one. I am constantly having to deal with errors, re-entering my password (1 out of 5 logins) instead of using the thumbprint or having the app just not be "in service." While I like Happy State Bank, this app STINKS.

I am so thankful to be allowed to transfer from my account to my daughters. It has saved us many of times! Thanks again a Happy State Bank!!!!
