Photo Deposit

I frequently travel and am not home to deposit checks I receive while working on the road. The mobile app that allows me to photograph and deposit checks while away is a valuable tool for me. It’s quick, easy and gives me peace of mind. Thank you Happy State Bank!

We love our Happy app and the picture deposit feature but we would sure like the feature that allowed is to get notified when a card was used.

We are so glad you are loving the app! We couldn't agree more on the card notifications. We are working very hard to get that feature into our current app. In the meantime, we do offer a separate app that will allow you to get all the card features you could want. Give us a call and we can walk you through it!

Terrible.

This app update has been the worst thing happy state bank has done. Logging into the app is a hassle half of the time because it doesn’t work and constantly says it’s unavailable as well as Face ID not working. Terrible app, I wish they would put a lot more attention into the app and work towards fixing bugs.

Log in issues

Often can’t log in, will fail randomly with correct password entered and make me verify with long process. Trouble getting family set up in spite of numerous calls to HSB. Haven’t liked the ap since the software change

Almost perfect

I like this app a lot, except when I have to do external transfers. I don’t like having to use google to go through the happy state site when I should be able to use my app for those transactions.

Leaving

My boyfriend and I had it set up where I could send him my rent money with him having happy state bank and he could put money in my bank and
Since you changed everything
We can no longer do this. We will be leaving at the end of September. I know I’m no body but I need a bank that can do this.

That isn't what we like to hear! Every customer is important to us! More importantly we never like to lose customers. If you give us a call we believe we might have some alternatives that would take care of the situation.
