Not working
Can’t even get a chance to sign up for the app. Soon as I input my email and password to create an account, I get an error msg saying I’m not connected to internet when my internet and connection are excellent. Tried uninstalling the app to reinstall and try again, but I can’t even get started with the app.

App Not Working
I downloaded the app and am trying to sign up for an account, however it just keeps saying no internet detected. I am connected to the internet and it works fine. I have tried turning my phone on and off, I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling and it does not work. Please fix thank you.
Needs allowing custom codes
It’s very easy to use and fast. Just needs to allow adding custom codes. Hope to see it in future versions.
App works perfectly
I read the reviews on this first and almost decided not to bother with it. Then I looked at the update. The reviews were all over a year old; the update was seven months ago, so I decided to give it a try. It is great! The main complaint from the earlier version seems to be the search function, and that is fixed. This is so much easier than searching for the codes with the book.

Unusable
Trying to sign up but it keeps saying there’s no connection and won’t progress. Tired 2 different phones on WiFi and on data. I definitely have an internet connection. Will change this review is something changes.
Can’t use app
The app says I need to sign Up or log in. Have tried to do both and it says I have no internet. Have tried on both wifi and without and can’t use the app. Pretty pointless.
Sign Up Error
It keeps giving me sign up errors....I just want to be able to search for codes on the app rather than having to scroll through a book that’s not even sorted alphabetically....so plz fix

App just doesn’t work
I am not even able to create an account. I keep clicking the Sign Up button but nothing happens. This app just doesn’t work.
It needs so much attention to be good
I was able to create account and login but other than that the app has basically no value... Search is primitive. It was not even clear that you have to click on category to reveal actual food items found, I thought it’s completely broken at first. No specific items by brand. No nutrition panel scanner. No barcode scanner. No meal tracking and daily history (via scanning total/meal, for example). Right now it’s just a copy of paper brochure provided with the scale, and I can argue that paper one is more user-friendly.
