Recent update broke my printer
I recently downloaded the update along with firmware updates and now my printer closes every try after printing halfway through the yellow layer. What a waste of printer paper and right now when I have a project dependent on these prints. I’m very upset and can’t find support.
Doesn’t work!
I cannot get this app to work! I have not been able to print one picture and even though I am connubial Bluetooth, it says no camera detected!
Excellent printer buy a better phone or education
Got this almost a year ago anyone leaving A bad review needs to learn how to use their phone and .. to be nice for the price and quality of the pics none better that I’ve seen, easiest printer Great quality for what it is and does, most importantlyit does everything it says it does !!!

Bought the printer back in November/December and so happy I did! It’s worked perfect for every picture I’ve printed, I’ve seen some mixed reviews on here so wanted to put up my experience. Only giving 4 stars because the quality is really good but could be better, but for the price it’s definitely worth it and I’ve had no issues with the app itself so overall it’s a great product and I can’t wait to print more, I just wish the app would maybe have a wider variety of borders and things to put on your pictures but other than that it’s great.

The app that renders the tech worthless!
So you got this cool device and think it’s time to print away? Yeah, you got duped too.
1.) This doesn’t find or see A LOT of your pictures and albums. Forget all those awesome pictures you bought this to print out, the app doesn’t find them, so you can’t print them.
2.) getting the pictures the right size and scale for the paper. That ain’t happening either. If you looked up all those tutorial videos and review videos and saw the reviewer use “auto resize”, or scale them to the proper dimensions with gestures like I did, you expected that functionality. Doesn’t exist. That’s right this app, doesn’t actually have those features and you’ll go through a pack of 50 prints just trying to figure out that size your photos need to be to print on the damned paper without losing your image, and even then, hairless, and enraged, and time and money wasted - you still will have white borders, or cut off images.
3.) After those infuriating qualities forget finding non sticky photo paper, or sticky photo paper, and definitely not black and white photo paper, or any of the photo paper that isn’t at an incredibly inflated cost.

Love my new pictures!
The little printer works great and prints my picture in mostly good quality! It’s quite satisfying to watch the pictures print!
Great but just a few things
I love this app! I got it a few days ago for Christmas and I love the printer and the app. The reason I gave it only 4 stars was because I will have to go get a drink of water then come back and try to print something out. Then my phone says the printer is not connected a few minutes after I connected it! Other than that both the printer and app are awesome.

I got the printer as a gift for Christmas an it’s works perfectly,I was worried there was gonna be problems because all the bad reviews but I had no problem!! it printed the picture I wanted an the quality was great!!!

Worst Bluetooth device and app
This app is outdated and crashed every time I tried to add stickers. Then in the middle of printing, the device shuts down and the photo is jammed. The one photo that was printed somehow didn’t print what was shown in the app but instead printed a cutoff version with yellow, cyan and magenta clearly separated. Very poor device and app.
