Nice an easy

I love this app it helps to slim your body tone down naturally without being aggressive, the pace is good 15 minutes per day can add years to your life. Not to mention a great body.

Abs workout

This is the best app for losing weight. Before I used this app I was chubby and after the use of this app I am now proud to be skinny. Many people want to lose weight but canโ€™t go to the gym because of corona so they need to download an app to lose weight some apps require to pay but this app doesnโ€™t.

Doesnโ€™t synch w/Apple Health

I love this app! I use it every time I work out. Only complaint I have is it does not synch w/Apple health. Iโ€™ve checked all my settings and made sure everything is on or authorized yet it will not synch. Hopefully, ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ this will be corrected but itโ€™s been like this for years. Multiple different iPhones and several Apple Watches โŒš๏ธ still the same.

I saw results almost immediately the work out become harder at a nice and slow rate perfect for me to keep up with l have 0 complaints l would totally recommend l just wish there were more then 30 days although lg l could just delete and re-download...

Itโ€™s a YES! Worth it!

Itโ€™s only been 7 days and I already see a great change. The workouts are very quick and well guided. The ads are just a picture that you can just x off, not a bother at all. Itโ€™s working for me! I only wish they had one for upper body, Iโ€™d def do that too. Worth it!
