Useless

The reviews are accurate. Given the feedback and lack of response from Vagaro I can only assume the app fronts as a way to force patients to create and account and download the Vagaro App so they won’t improve it.
It forces clients/patients to have a password that most don’t remember or haven’t set up leading to frustrated patients and embarrassing conversations about it. No better way to start a new client journey than with someone that wasn’t able to check in. Makes your whole business seem disorganized. From a HIPAA standpoint even with a password it cannot be used as everyone’s name shows up on the select screen. Even worse is this is an extra feature you pay separate for. Vagaro please just make this a phone number log in. Like every single person has asked for on here.

So much potential

Vagaro, I wish this was as seamless as it potentially could be. Please allow the clients to confirm just their number or email to log in, or even just select their name. With the appointment information already uploaded into the check in app, a quick number or email verification by the client would be much easier. I, personally, don’t remember my vagaro customer password and there’s no way around that at check in.

I’m currently using a third party app for check in. On the main screen you select check in, a list of service providers (with pictures) pops up, you click on your service provider, select your name, and we receive a text if it’s our client. Easy, a few clicks, and that’s it.

Logging in is unnecessary for clients at check in. Please make this easier!

Please redesign this app

I totally agree with other comment. Please allow check in with only name and phone number, you are making it too complicated. Asking customer to create an account and password is quite silly. Unfortunate, I have to find a simpler check in app to use. This app has potential but it is just too much.

Vagaro, please make this app better!

This app has so much potential! But asking clients to enter a password is silly and unnecessary. We need this app for times that we have stepped away from the desk but still need clients to check in and notify the provider of their arrival. Even if you purchase the ID cards, the client still has to enter a password after scanning the QR code. Please change the process so the client only has to enter in a name or phone number to check in. It could truly be wonderful.
