  • App Services & Customer Service Number dont work

    I arrived prior to departure time and the bus was nowhere to be found. The app offers a bus tracker and when i entered the information it pulled up the correct trip, but the actual tracker was “unavailable.” I tried calling the customer service number 5 times to check on the status of the bus/reach out to someone after seeing that the tracker does not work. One random time it went through but disconnected me while i was waiting, and the rest of the calls i was immediately disconnected. I was stranded at a sketchy gas station with my luggage and had to scramble to buy a ticket from another company for departure later that day. i’ve traveled on several hour-long buses every year and have never experienced this. do not use Wanda Coach/Wonder Coach!

  • Smell so bad

    The bus was smelling so bad ...nightmares!!!!!!

  • Worst bus service

    The app is ok the bus service is truly the WORST!!! Here is a copy of the email I sent to their customer service:

    Your customer service representative just hung up on me. This is the worst bus service ever! I a will never book a trip with your company ever again nor will I ever recommend your service to anyone I know. I booked a ticket from Durham to New York City for 8:00 p.m. on March 1, I was informed by text that the bus would now leave at 9:10 p.m. the bus arrived at 9:15 p.m. and we were informed that the bus was full and we would have to wait until the 10:00 p.m. bus. As I write this it is now 10:10 p.m. At 10:00 p.m. I called your terrible customer service representative who informed me that there was nothing that could be done about the situation and that I must wait for the bus that arrives at 10:30 p.m.! A full two and a half hours after my original scheduled departure time. She then promptly hung up in my face. So as I understand it your company overbooks their customers and makes them wait for hours at a gas station in the cold and then does nothing to compensate them for their time and inconveniencing them. I hope you're happy with my one time buying a ticket with your company as it will never happen again!
    And on top of that the bus smells like raw sewage.

  • No confirmation emails

    Whatever was fixed with the last update created a new problem. When I book using the app, no email is sent with an itinerary or confirming the purchase. Then I run into issues because the service rep at the bus stop tries to charge a fee for a print out when one was never sent in the first place.
