Very good if used with a Windows PC
Microsoft is notorious for wanting you to use Microsoft Edge, to the point where any web search in Windows Search opens up in Edge with Bing as the engine.
Since this is a Chromium based browser and it works well with Windows, I see no reason to not use it if you are a Chrome user. The syncing between mobile and PC is excellent as it should be and the desktop version is great.
The main reason you should use Edge on an iPhone is because you already use it on your desktop.

Bing is not a thing
I adore edge on all platforms and find it immensely powerful for both personal and professional use, but MS’s insistence for Bing as default search which is egregiously ad heavy and filled with less than relevant top results and aggressive push for Microsoft native apps/ software makes me hate that I enjoy the browser, the company makes such aggressively annoying decisions. Anytime a new workspace or somewhat significant user is made, anfrustrating, circular process of setting changes begins.

My Safari replacement
I’ve always used Safari but it felt I needed to have a Chromium based browser for some sites that render borked due to Safari plugins. I opt for Edge. It’s a pretty solid browser. From an average consumers point of view, it works as intended and I haven’t had a whole lot of problems with it or rendering any site. So I’d recommend it. My feedback is more creative in nature instead of addressing functionality.
I do wish it had more customization options. Sure, I can change the wallpaper yet Chromium based Opera GX has the ability to change the icons. That, as a visual and UI designer is really cool to me as Im not a fan of the generic faceless tech corporate solid color or gradient icon on a plain white background, I’d love to see an inverse or some variants. With iOS 18 and changing icons themes, the Edge icon looks great in a dark theme but its just refreshing to see something other than the original uninspired icon design. And I’d also like to see more of the non-flat design language Microsoft is using elsewhere within Edge. I do like flat UI icons but with Win10 gone, I’d like to see some modernization. Microsoft has a library of soft and colorful graphics. If I worked at Microsoft (and I’ve tried) I’d champion customization and utilizing these colorful graphics. But they pay others the big bucks to keep using old designs.
All in all though, as a functional browser, this is a great alternative to Safari or those who need to use a Chromium product.

And the DuckDuckGo is good but it blocks too many websites. Kind of a pitta to use that one.
The AI is putting my Siri to shame!
Thank you Microsoft and it saves my old Windows 7 upgraded to Windows 10 laptop. The iPhone iOS edge app isn't 17+ years old only since 2019 basically pandemic era. But I'm really glad it's working fine on my iPhone 15 Plus. I wonder what Apple's doing with this new AI /Siri with the iPhone 16 coming out in a few weeks it's like they made very very stupid the last two years maybe that was intentional so we can see how good it really can be
I don't know but the intentional dumbing down of a feature or AI should be illegal! shame on you Apple if that's what you've done., I think Joe Biden said something about making AI dumber mandatorily when he was elected 2021 that sounds like something he would say🤔what a joke

All in one place!
I was looking for psychiatry, counseling, and I was in an emergency situation where I needed medicine right away, and they have always came through! The fact that they have a list of everything locally and doctors in my area makes it easy for me to find what I’m looking for. They also have a full list of all of my prescription meds that I’ve ever taken in my life, so it’s nice to go back in. Reflect on those times as well. I can see the dates when they were prescribed and from who which I think is pretty amazing that way I never have to keep track of my medical history which can be very long I recommend them to anyone, that can’t seem to find a primary care physician or someone who moves a lot. You can always take them with you.

It's okay but some annoyances
Browser is decent, and does a better job at blocking ads than others. But when manually blocking ads by press & holding on that object to bring up the "Block ads" option, it might make that ad go away but if you refresh or leave and come back, the ad returns. I do wish it would allow a better blocking service or extension that works better at manually blocking objects (like with AdGuard).
Also, more than half the time I press and hold on anything, such as to open a link in a new tab, it just begins selecting text. And once that occurs, there's no seemingly way to stop it besides force closing the app and reopening (and all the ads are back too).
Another annoyance is about every time I try playing a video in full screen, it's just black but the audio still works. I have to close full screen and reenable.
And lastly, the most annoying is every other day I have to change the theme back to dark mode and change safe search settings.

Annoyed with this app!
Why is it so hard for your developer’s to come up with a fix for multiple problems that is clearly a noticeable problems? One of them being is that your font size button doesn’t do anything at all! I change the size of the font and it changes nothing! Another problem is with many websites is that while I am reading a really long article no matter how far I get down the very long page it will without warning reload and it will not start back up at the area I was at while reading. It starts back up at the very beginning. Leaving me to have to scroll down to find the spot I made it to in my prior reading session before the reload and not just once either but over and over again. Only to reload again and again and again. It seems like it’s timed. I only have so many minutes to read before it resets/reloads and puts me back at the top of the webpage. This has happened many times on many different websites. I have more complaints but I will leave it to you all to fix these most annoying problems first before I waste anymore time listing these. This is also the second time I have written this review on your application.
