Scam
I feel scammed. I paid I’ve $200 for a bobble. I sent in the headshots of my wife and I and the product arrive with a missing eyebrow, minor discoloration on the neck and to top it all, it doesn’t look close to my wife and I. Nothing about it. But they advertise that it’s custom and that it will look like us. I see no point in sending in pictures if it’s not going to look like us anyways. And they won’t refund us our money for this crap product. Unbelievable! Run!

And to the developer who says that I can’t get refunded unless there is a quality problem. There are lots of quality problems that I expressed and I still can’t return it for a refund. Like I said crap product and crap customer service. Custom product or not. If it’s crap it should be refunded no questions asked. People don’t take care of customers anymore.Show lessTrell2234
