Don’t use this site
Hello everyone. I made a purchase on Soufeel recently and I couldn’t be more disappointed. What I ordered is taking absolutely forever to get here. Don’t listen to the 8 business day making and then shipping. I have been waiting for more then a month for my items to get here. I sent them a message and after a week waiting for a reply they told me they messed up on the product and they had to re do it and it will take 2 or 3 days. Well now it’s been more then a week and they still aren’t done. I don’t think this jeweler shop deserves your money at all, and I don’t think you, your loved one, or friends deserve there products.Show lessCoodyheathtron

Disappointed
If the option was available, I’d rate this 0 stars. The app promises you’ll get a $100 off coupon. But the thing is you actually DONT, when you click on the $100 ad in the app, you’re led to a page w/ multiple coupons that add up to $100. Not to mention, in small text, all those coupons state you have to spend a certain amount before receiving it. Tried to click on $88 coupon ad in hopes of something different, but nope- same thing. 😒😠🙄 Deceptive and annoying.Show lessMabel103

I have purchased from Soufeel a few times and the quality of the products are second to none. Great service every time and I will continue to shop with them.
