App doesn’t work
Can’t register with the verification code. Sent multiple emails but no reply for any.
Prompted to install EnerTalk Pro device
I tried setting up the app and was prompted to proceed to the next step after installing EnerTalk Pro, which was accompanied by a drawing that indicated it is a hardware device. I’m lost. I thought this would integrate with existing PG&E data … (?!)

Always seeing “create site” error message.
Couldn’t even get signed up
The first thing it does when pressing start is some pop up that says ‘it can’t be found’. After progressing further, it actually sent me a code via email and asked me to make a password (not allowing Apple to make a secure one), and then nothing happens, can’t even move past create a password. Deleted it after 10 minutes of attempts

I can’t get past the “connect your WiFi” page even though I know I’m connected to my WiFi and entering the correct username and password.

I’m on EV6, but there is no option for this plan.
Want gross solar production & consumption
A lot of good data, mainly net energy usage. I see value in also having gross solar production and energy consumption. That would allow me to better monitor real time production and consumption behaviors. You have the data but it’s time consuming to do all the calculations. Would like the gross data expressed daily and rolled up weekly, monthly, annually as is presently done for the net usage. Thanks.

Does not work with your existing pg&e account. They want your email. No doubt that they sell your data.
Edit: checked their privacy policy. Your privacy is non-existent. They collect location data and sell it off. Stay away from this app if you value your privacy.

Hi Enertalk user, We don't sell any of your data and we collect your zipcode to provide you energy data analytics results. For example, your zipcode's temperature will help determine if you open AC or not.
“Failed to create site”
Can’t even start using the app. This is the message I get. Very disappointing.
