I'm very sorry to hear you are having issues with the in app purchase system. I've checked with Apple and they don't see issues from their perspective, and nothing has changed in a year. If you get this message, or contact me at feedback@box-o-matic.io maybe we can trouble shoot and figure out what's going on, but I will need more information as it does not appear to be a general issue. One thing you can try is deleting the app and re-installing it. (search for it or find the icon, press and hold until menu pops up and then choose delete. Then go to the App Store and re-install). Another thing to check is to make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID which made the original purchase. Also note, that in the app, the button may say "buy", but that will take you to additional screens including the Apple provided screens for the App Store where you make the actual purchase. If you have already purchased, even if you go through the entire purchase process again, you will not be charged again - you will get a message about having already purchased it before, etc. Anyway, I'd like to get this sorted out for you - please contact me as noted above as it will take some trouble-shooting. I've had one user lose access to their old Apple ID so they had to purchase again, but that doesn't sound like the case here.
