So bad it’s not worth using.

It’s as if no pilots were consulted during app development and they couldn’t afford a UX person, and they offshored the development with little to no guidance. But they still managed to sell it to your company didn’t they?

Miserable App

Spinning wheels got to go round... The endless spinning wheel is very much a waste of my time. I can’t sit there and wait to the end of time for items to populate. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. And have updated to the latest app. This does not fix any issues with this app. I would like to give it more than a 1 star but they need to fix this app.

Crash City

Continues to crash when selecting “log”. Multiple attempts yield just a couple of successful results. Our flight department uses the log feature for MX tracking and accounting purposes for all our flights, so this is a critical failure. Happened after latest iOS release and APP update..happens on every pilot’s iPhone at our company..Hopefully fixed soon.

Force-closes...

Crappy App. Force-closes on iPad Air 2 with iOS 12.4.1.

How am I supposed to use it when my company goes live with it on Nov 23?

Useless

Even after all the "updates" this app is slloooowww. Attempting to use the FRAT feature causes the app to crash incessantly. It could be a useful tool bit the website is still better and that's not saying much.

Extremely Frustrating App

I had no problems with FOS but since our company has switched to Avianis all the pilots seem to hate the app. The APP needs to be rebuilt from the ground floor up. The Avianis app should not be the most frustrating part of my flying day but sadly it is.

Still Doesn’t Transition Between Routers

The « Offline syncing » function isn’t enough in the background, so the app is clunky and a test of patience as it attempts to sync with each new Internet connection. A green save flag doesn’t always mean save. Being « Avianis’d » is common business aviation lingo now, and it’s not said positively. The app is clearly more about back office data than it is about pilot utility, as data entry is slow and saves are sync’d real time rather than offline and in the background. This app adds to the workload and distraction of pilots who are trying to get a flight launched on behalf of a high-paying customer, and it often slows the process of launch if having it saved is a prerequisite for launch. I definitely don’t recommend for single-pilot or charter operations from a pilot perspective for that reason. Unfortunately, the online version both requires data/Internet, and is just as slow. I have no kind words or feelings for this program.

Worthless App

They clearly didn’t think about the app when they made this program. There are so many issues/glitches that our large flight department reports and they are never addressed.

Basic options don’t work and you’re constantly kicked out of the app and have to login and setup a pin code. For how much our company pays for this service, this app is a complete embarrassment.

Junk

How is this even called an app? The only thing I have found useful is inputting receipts other than that it’s junk! Come on developers use some of that education and make the app functional.

Nice app

It’s a good app, not sure what everybody is complaining about!
