I clicked to use background mode, as I usually do, and I’m greeted with a pay wall.
It’s understandable adding new features for a pro version but stealth adding in a paywall for a base feature doesn’t sit right with me. A simple message informing me if I wish to support the devs by buying the pro version along with some new features would have gotten me to buy. Assuming the app worked reliably, which brings me to my next point.
I noticed, during the week prior to the paywall update, that the app hasn’t been working reliably. Sometimes it will ring in background mode and sometimes it won’t. I checked the app settings and notice background mode was off even though I clearly turned it on.Light-Pillar

As of 11/15 app alerts 10 percent of time on iPhone and 80 percent time on iPad. I have background mode turned on every time. So many bugs and issues since iOS 13.
Tim you broke something again, app goes in background and doesn’t alert.
Flaky and doesn’t work regularly. And background switch doesn’t always turn off, so drains battery when not in use.

If I under stand ZotDudot7’s lrequest he wants to be able to set a range such as between =<40% and =>80% so he doesn’t have to toggle & adjust the limit each time one of the limits is reached. I would appreciate that as well. Now if you could find a way to start charging @ lower limit & stop charging @ upper limit we could leave the phone plugged in all the time.👍Now I’m just being picky.😉BTW, seems sometimes I lose app to blue screen.
Is there an easy way to get app back?

Thanks!! The next version will have both ranges saved. Not sure where the blue screen shows...Perfect app. Has high AND low charge alarms.
I tried three battery charge alarm apps and this is the only app with high AND low charge alarms. Others only had high charge alarm. Both are necessary if you want to try and live within the 80/40 rule to preserve battery life.
Only suggestion is to have a separate alarm for high and low rather than both using the same setting. Otherwise a great app!Lour33
