  • Great app

    I learned about this app when I was a USC student. Now even several years after graduating I find myself coming back every now and then. It’s really helped me understand how to mediate and practice calm.
  • Timer turns off

    Can you please fix the timer turning off? There is some combination between opening bells and listening sound. That will keep the timer on but if I change it, it stops working and I can’t get it to go back.
  • Great functionality good execution

    The app is laid out well really intuitive and love the check in feature. My only problem is many of the meditations are flawed technically volume issues and practically with no ending or wrap up and long pauses which lead to distraction.
  • Wonderful

    I am new to meditation. This app has helped reinforce what I learned in my class. It’s very rare that an app improves someone’s quality of life, but this one certainly does.

    Started Mindful USC over a year ago to help with insomnia. Thankful for the significant improvement in both falling & staying asleep. My medication for hypertension is reduced by half (a welcome side effect of daily meditation)! An excellent resource for meditation and wellness!   • Great tool with a minor issue.

    I really like this app, especially it being free. I’m a little confused as to why the meditations stop 5 seconds before the timer goes off when the phone goes into screen lock mode. It throws me off and I would think that this could be easily fixed.
  • Anxiety reduction

    I’ve never much difficulty with depression but struggled with sub-clinical anxiety, especially about sleeping, my adult life. This app is very helpful for Meditations for Dealing with Anxiety. The others seem very good also. Thank you🤗

    I’ve used this app since it was a chart of tables on a USC project online. Now they’ve add so many new things to help manage daily life and mindfulness.
