Hi, We are very concerned about the situation you mentioned, and are sorry for the inconvenience it has caused to you. You may choose the "Biometrics login - Face ID/ Touch ID" as the authentication option to login. To enable the funciton, you may simply go to "Settings" after you have login to AIA Connect.
