Worst app ever
This app deserves 0 stars! It’s constantly got a red notification dot on it, even when there is nothing new on it. It doesn’t send notifications of any kind, even though I have full badges and banners switched on. I miss many new messages from the kids schools every week! In fact sometimes I don’t see new messages until it’s too late because it hasn’t refreshed/updated. It really, really needs sorting out.
I’ve tried all the usual tricks, like ensuring I have the latest version of the app (and the latest software updates on my handset), I’ve tried deleting it and putting it back on. Nothing resolves this issue. It’s simply a terrible app. Absolute waste of memory on my phone.
