More annoying than helpful
I’ve used Tanda as an employee for 3 separate jobs now. One as a casual employee and twice as a manager. As a casual in 2021 is was useful to see rosters and get shift notifications. As a manager, I’ve only ever had issues with the app and the website, causing issues in the workplace. Our upper management agrees but changing to a different rostering system at this time is not a priority. Each “update” gets more bugs and irrelevant tabs added to the app. The app is the real issue in the equation. I’ve genuinely never used an app with as many bugs as this, and in this day and age, for an app and tool that is paid for by clients, it’s a disgrace. If the app decides to open it will most definitely show the wrong “tab” to what you’ve clicked on and then you need to click on different items on the page before clicking what you actually need to load before it will appear. The option to give feedback to the app has also disappeared so letting Tanda know the issues you have is troublesome. I would not recommend purchasing this programme to anyone wanting to streamline their rostering system.

Bug while applying for leave
There’s a bug right now that occurs every time I try to apply for leave, I try to put in the amount of hours and as soon as I click away from the box it automatically goes back to 0 hours and I can’t click request leave. It’s been doing that for about a week andI just updated and it’s still doing it. Please fix this ASAP I need to make doctors appointments allot and need to apply for leave for them.

Zero customer service. You can’t even talk to anyone?
When it works it works. But if you have any problems they have no contact information and zero customer service. We are just going to have to delete them and go with someone else. Be careful when using something like this when there is no number,address or email to contact anyone. All i needed was my phone number changed so I could log in to see my paystub. After weeks of trying we are now going to use a different service.

Required Photos
The app requires you to take photos every time you clock in, every time you go on break, and every time you go on lunch, and then again when you clock out six photos every day you have to take that is excessive. this cannot be removed or altered by your employer the photos are completely mandatory. Even if your employer wants to remove the photo requirements, they cannot do so.

Need more function
I have been using Tanda since last year October as my employer changed the rostering system. At the moment not too bad but need more improvement.
Such as, If we can cancel shift request before confirmation or shift swap function would be more user friendly.
And also noticed, there were time differences between rostered hours and timesheet hours. Always rostered hour showed few hours more, so you do not know how many hours you work until you have full timesheet.

One of the most USEFUL apps for shift workers!
Apart from the obvious function of seeing when I am rostered to work, I definitely appreciate being able to request shift replacements, seeing how much I am earning and getting a notification if I’m late for my shift — but it would be even better if I also got a reminder 6-10 hours before my shift (depending upon what shift, for example; 6 hours before a Night, 10 hours before an Early and 8 hours before a Late), or even a notification if I haven’t yet started driving towards work.
It would also be great if I could view my work contract in the app, and perhaps, be able to save some notes related to work.
Oh, and lastly, I really like the message I receive after a shift asking how the shift went and all the options/topics within this.

Very poor performance
Very bad application.. sometimes even if you clock in, you don’t get clocked in and eventually you will not get paid ..
Great ease to use
Really great system for checking rostered hours, and even comparing it to hours worked. Just need an easier way to roster staff, small amount of messing around to select what staff to use for a week rather than scrolling through the entire team to find certain people. Other wise a great app definitely recommend

It’s rubbish
The app keeps throwing me off won’t let me on I have deleted it uninstalled in a reinstalled it and it’s still not working been like it for weeks now
Absolutely atrocious app
This isn’t really an app, just a skinned version of the “mobile site” in that the mobile site is the only site that exists. Invasive, as it needs your location and a photo of your face (or blacked out screen) whenever you clock in. If you change the time zones, it will not change the day accordingly, leading to potential missed shifts. Clunky UI that takes forever to load. and if you try to clock into a different project, half the time the clock-in shows for the wrong one and you have to contact a manager anyways.
Absolutely horrid. If your team is looking to utilize this application, don’t. Two stars instead of one because the company I work for didn’t test the loads properly, so Tanda wasn’t prepared.
