Terrible

The user instructions are useless. This is the most poorly written manual I have ever encountered. Figuring out how to use this dive computer is almost impossible. I’ve spent hours with it and still can’t make it work. So sorry I ever bought this. Should have kept my old dive computer.

Crashes and gone.

The app crashed and lost all my dives. I’ve changed computers so can’t get it back. Called support and got a big “huh… that’s weird” as an answer.

Account creation confusing

So when I open the app it will have me log in. But then if I want to get my dives synced I have to create another account? The information given to the user (me) is minimal. I wish the system was more responsive with it’s state/status.

Great, with one major problem

i’m using this app with my i200C. I love being able to sync dives to my phone, and see a more detailed view of my depth etc. However, when I input a custom dive site name, the gps coordinates from my phone delete themselves - and get replaced by what seem to be map search results?? This is useless, because dive sites have arbitrary names and aren’t on normal maps. Please either stop overriding the phone gps coords, or give the option to simply not show a map.

Easy to use and connect

I found this app a fantastic first experience as a beginner scuba diver. I would suggest creating your account before you get on the boat and head out to your first location. It connected very easily with my i300c and brought over almost everything I wanted. Unfortunately the precise locations of my dives didn’t automatically populate properly on the map.I think that had more to do with international roaming on my iPhone than the actual software.

There are lots of details that can be set up in terms of gear, dive buddies, adding photos, comments and videos to every dive. For me this is a great way to keep track of this new sport. So thankful for the app.

What’s up with Facebook login for the new iPhone ?

Missing vital log info

Why would you not track CUMULATIVE DIVE TIME and AVERAGE RMV in statistics? Both are important when logs are viewed by instructors, dive centers, or used during a dive plan. You have to track this in a separate app or in a book now, so what’s the point?

Well done.

App is nicely set up. The only thing I would like to have added is the option for more items in gear bag, ie: dive knife, flashlight etc.

Wired to iPad

I think it’s unfortunate that i can’t connect my Oceanic OCI dive computer to my iPad via usb cable and download my dive data. Why only Bluetooth on mobile? I want to travel with my ipad only and i want to get my dive data onto the ipad from the computer without much fuss.

Dive log plus

This dive log plus is fantastic links up to my dive computer via Bluetooth and adds almost everything in my dive to a log from my dive computer to the log book I use the Aqualung I550 with Bluetooth technology. Easy to use easy to add buddy and sending to a friend for them to add to there logbook.
