Not compatible
The app is no longer compatible if we upgraded our phones to iOS 14.0

Can use app
iPhone just had an update and now when I try to open my Hancock banking app it says my phone is not secure enough to open the app. Please fix!!!!!!

Problems
When I try to open app it says my device doesn’t meet minimum security requirements. Hmmmm it’s been on my phone for a long time now today it won’t work.

The only thing I would love to see upgraded is a place that I could write a memo when I transfer Money from account to account. Midsouth bank had it and I had no idea how much it helped me remember things at the end of the month.
