GoHawk is very reception sensitive, and therefore the upload directly after taking the picture within the app is sometimes (a lot of times) not working. Therefore, please include the option to upload images from the gallery instead!!!!InSeMood

Why do you need access to my location when I’m not using the app? It seems like a gross invasion of privacy. It’s also a waste of my phone’s resources. Disable this! Make it required while using but leave us alone when we’re off!Gitsm
Notifications
Can you please fix the notifications? It keeps sending notification saying to open gohawk if your available for a load even though I leave it open in the background. This is very annoying when I’m trying to sleep and get up because I think it has sent me a load.shawn c2

I wish the app would not keep asking me to open it while it’s running anyway in the background, just to check if I’m available for a load or not!! If I’m not available, we’ll then I just go offline on it... wouldn’t ?!? Turn this “questioning” off!! It gets on my nerves!!!Inferior App!!! Get with a Real Sand Hauler for Much Needed Consultation

Location access
Only thing I wish it had was an off-duty mode where it doesn’t track your location when you’re off work. No reason for location tracking to be on when not using the app. I get that they need it to find us loads, but my phone alerted me of the app tracking my location 131 times within a couple of days. A bit excessive I think. If you change location tracking from “Always” to “Only While Using” app, it signs you out of the app completely. Other apps have that option where we become available/ unavailable for a load. I don’t see why this one doesn’t.Show lessMagik Eight
I’m about to lose my job thanks to this app
I can’t sign up, I’m signing up correctly, I’m tech savvy but this app isn’t letting me register. Idk who to blame but they might let me go due to not being able to use this app.OilField777
