All my information on my mobile app is missing. I have updated my account but information is still missing. I’m not happy with this app.

It’s a great and quick way to keep up with my account info without having to pull up the site but, lately it’s been failing... not loading and continuously crashing.... whatever bugs you guys have please fix

I certainly appreciate the above and beyond customer service. That’s one thing from my personal experience is the service has been great.
The part that slightly bothers me is the app is not up to date as far as functionality and convenience. I would also like to see an increase in ATM functionality. This would result in the least, a ten to twelve percent increase in customer service and sales not to mention the increased rapport with the clients and credit union members.

Can’t find anything now. Was simple!
One touch before and I could find everything. Completely changed every aspect of the app and buried the things I need under 4 layers. Just a mess now! Loved the simplicity before!
