Update
App a lot of the time does not update when I make a purchase or put money in my account. It’s confusing and makes me think I have more money than I really do 😡
Get with the times!
The app does not show pending transactions, the balance just changes. Transactions do not appear until they clear, which can sometimes be 3 days.

I absolutely love this app. It does everything that I ask of it and in very short order. Now that they’ve added the functionality of being able the turn your cards on and off as well as order new cards.... I still maintain an account at one of America’s largest banks, yet I cannot do that with their app. Go HFCU!

Welcome to the 21st Century
This new app looks great and is really easy to navigate. It’s loaded with tons of powerful features like remote deposit, bill pay, and even budgeting tools! It’s got everything my Chase Bank app has and more. Your friendly neighborhood Credit Union just got a MAJOR upgrade!
Deposits
I liked it before this update. Every time I attempt to deposit a check via the app it keeps crashing. This is really irritating! I’m going to delete it and reinstall. Hopefully this will help the issue.
Sometimes the app doesn’t update for days
The app needs a refresh button as sometimes the data is several days behind!!
User Friendly
Looks better than the older version and easy to navigate through. I had an issue with the balance & transactions not updating but after reinstalling the app, it works fine.
