Version 3.4.7 Not Working

It keeps giving me the same error saying “no internet connections”, although I am clearly connected to the internet. I have removed the app, clear cache and reinstall. Still the same error.

USELESS FOR OVERSEA

Do you have any idea how many malaysian are currently are living outside malaysia and need to pay their bill? Isnt the app supposed to work for people in the oversea BY DEFAULT? Else what use of the app? Surprisingly so many review about this app not working for oversea yet still not fixing this problem and tell user to contact them thru facebook??

App very slow

For a multibillion company like this, should invest more on how to make the app loads faster. Often need 30 seconds to just view an account detail. Very unpleasant experience using this app.

App is keep crashing

I’m currently at Canada and I’m having a very had time even to view my bill. The app is crashing every single time. How I suppose to pay?

Makin lama, makin turuk !

The TNBApp after, each update and after many hours being inaccessible due to ‘upgrades’; seems to be less useful and is still extremely slow.

The TNB customer email support is also very slow, inefficient and ineffective.

Useless app

Website doesn’t work, App also doesn’t work. Same like the way your staff work!! How to pay and manage our bills if we are overseas?!!

App’s useless outside of Malaysia

App is not working outside of Malaysia. How am I going to pay the bill? Been hearing that the app can’t take foreign credit card.

App appears to no longer be accessible outside Malaysia. Upon logging in, message pops up: “Sorry, this is not working right now. Please try again later”.
