If another utility company is used as benchmark, TNB would looked into what makes a utility company apps decent. Please add download historical bills as a feature. This is a necessity nowadays.

Great opportunity here to give me insights into my electricity usage however a big fail from TNB. I can already get all this information from my existing bills. We should be able to see real-time statistics like daily power consumption. Not monthly. This will help people to identify what is drawing power in their homes.
