  • Great app, but..

    The monthly usage chart does not seem to update beyond Dec 2009. Is there a way to reset the range?

  • Useless for customers overseas without local Malaysian number

    APP will not allow you to register unless you have a local number. In 2019, if a major company like TNB cannot even accommodate overseas numbers for their customer care functions, it says a lot about the low quality of operations and/or the low quality of the app developers they choose. Especially since 1 300 88 5454 won’t accept calls from overseas either.

  • Nice job

    Really good apps and convenient for client.
    TNB may want to promote move on this app and go paperless. Customerservice and feedback team are really polite and manage to solve my case within couple hrs. nice job u guys

  • Sleek & very user friendly

    Great design with very intuitive dashboards. I really like the ability to add multiple accounts - save the hassle of multiple logins!

    - if I lose the bill, it’s in the app.
    - the app shows how much I am using each month.
    - I can print it out if need be.

  • Overseas mobile number

    I’ve used the previous version before and it allowed me to access my account using my mobile phone abroad as I’m residing in Canada. Since installing this new version I’m not able to register my mobile number as it didn’t recognised overseas number. Pretty useless app if you ask me . Talking about being convenient it is not the case with this new version !!!

    Btw I have no local mobile number to use hence why I mentioned in my review it is pretty useless if you live abroad !

  • You must have this app

    Good and easy app to use. Just key in the name and IC number, and the app did the rest to pull all the relevant account information. Simply wonderful. No more hassle to find out the account number. No no more need for an actual paper bill. You can find out the status of an account right from the app. And you can pay direct from the app.

    Futher, the all is snappy with no lag. Clean, simple, beautiful and easy to navigate user interface.

  • Why no iPad version ?

    First of all, why there is only phone version app and there ain’t any iPad or tablet version of this app ?

    Second of all, it will be okay to have minimum characters for a password, but WHY do you need to maximum the characters of a password ? Don’t you think it is so silly to limit maximum characters of a password ?

    Please have your developer to change the password’s maximum characters to NONE.

    Hi HT77, iPad version for myTNB apps is still in our plan. For the password, we do not have maximum characters (you can register up to 255 characters). If you still facing problem with the password, kindly screenshot to us. We are more than happy to help. TQ (Emelia)
  • Useless

    Just like TNB , useless app . What I mean is this app is of no use to me except to view bill , to pay by the so called Jom pay. Payment done by bank direct debit did not appear .
