Working after initial problems
After restarting phone and app it allowed me to amend address and I could access the services.
App seems alright, shows services and allows to report issues - okay.

Increasingly handy app

Thanks for the feedback - we have recently added an option to report road faults, and are working on increasing the functionality further.
Reasonable first version
Most other options are portals to web or other apps so IMHO not that useful.
