COMMUNICATE WITH A DEDICATED FITNESS COACH: Every member of the Fitness Space gets a dedicated fitness coach who can be contacted through the Fitness Space app 24/7 to ensure a member never trains alone.
MANAGE BOOKINGS AND MEMBERSHIP: Fitness Space app allows members to manage bookings easily at any time, and review and change membership options based on their personal objectives.
TRACK OUTDOOR ACTIVITY: Wherever a member trains, activity is tracked via the Fitness Space app and syncs with partner devices such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.
VIEW BODY COMPOSITION STATS: Following monthly reviews of body composition, the app captures these stats to enable continual analysis against your progression.
VIEW PROGRAMME: All members are supported with personalised online programmes customised by their dedicated fitness coach. Programmes are unique to the individual accessed, updated and tracked via the app.

I haven’t yet been able to use the app for a workout as I’m still trying to figure out my membership. But the “Contact us” feature in the app simply doesn’t work. When I start typing, the “Send” button disappears from the bottom and there’s no way of bringing it back and actually sending a message. Additionally, if I fill the page with my message, there’s no way to scroll down on the page to see what you’re typing once the page is filled. I only used the app for 5 minutes, but already found these two bugs..
