Contact us doesn’t work
I haven’t yet been able to use the app for a workout as I’m still trying to figure out my membership. But the “Contact us” feature in the app simply doesn’t work. When I start typing, the “Send” button disappears from the bottom and there’s no way of bringing it back and actually sending a message. Additionally, if I fill the page with my message, there’s no way to scroll down on the page to see what you’re typing once the page is filled. I only used the app for 5 minutes, but already found these two bugs..

Needs a lot of work
This app has so many bugs and need so much work. But the biggest thing that irritates me it the % fat mass measurement area. It takes you measure from the system... Then the next day it drops it to 2% the the following day it sticks in some random number... Then the next day... Back to 2 %. I've tired editing the measurement but it won't change. So irritating to see this zip zag over time. I can't tell what the trend is! There are lugs of bugs like this. Needs so much work.

Missed opportunity
Oh my god, this app is such a missed opportunity. So much of it is poorly made!! The concept is great but the execution is very confusing.
Inconsistent user interface between different activities:
sometimes I am prompted to scan qr code, sometimes not
Sometimes scanning the machine does something, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it looks like it has done something, but it hasn’t.
Scanning on most weight machines is almost completely pointless
Trainer can leave me comments, but I can’t comment back - e.g. did higher weights this time, needs adjusting.
Row machine I can’t see what exercises I am supposed to be doing while in rowing mode. I have to remember the target strokes and times
Sometimes the app. Wants you to push start and stop for all the exercise sets, sometimes for 1 set.
Sometimes I get a countdown for rest automatically, sometimes I don’t
I could go on. I find it hard to believe you did any actual UAT on this. Or if you did, it was with people who were way too close to the app already and couldn’t use it like a first time user. Or their feedback was ignored to rush through go live.
Overall really frustrating.

Fitness Space App
The app has been really useful to keep my programme structured and stay motivated through my assigned coach.

Very poor stability
Very similar experience to the other reviewer. When following a workout designed by my coach, once I have completed the first exercise and attempt to move on to the next, the app crashes. Restarting doesn’t help - as soon as I try to resume the workout it crashes again. It has got to the stage where I have to delete the whole app and reinstall it in order to move on the next exercise. Two months since the last update - this bug ought really to be fixed.

User experience lacking right out of the gate
First off, to create a new account you need to search for the 'create new account' text, which is black on dark grey. Took me about ten minutes.
Second example of this is choosing birth date. The Done and Cancel buttons are not black on grey, however they are white on off white!
Third the password field only allows a max of 15 characters. I use a password generator that is defaulted to 16. Is this a big deal? No. But it is unnecessarily annoying!
Back to the drawing board team...

Great Motivator, Not That Helpful
It’s fantastic for motivation and for communicating with your trainer, but it has limited functionality and doesn’t automatically cycle through circuits despite showing your timer.
It crashes often and doesn’t seem to follow through the workout whilst you’re using it. You almost have to restart the app at each exercise station.
If it worked perfectly it would be fantastic, but sadly it currently frustrates your workout.

Bad usability and crashing
Keeps crashing on Run Artis when I go to view exercise so I have no idea how far I’ve run.

Just ok - poor user experience and full of bugs
The app is a great idea and it’s cool to link to the equipment as you use it....
However it seems to have been built by a teenager in a bedroom with little or no thought to the user experience, for example you have to click multiple time to do the simplest tasks and every lookup you have to wait for a server response instead of caching true results locally
What is really frustrating is the totally lack of support or anywhere to give feedback
To summarise It’s fun for 2 mins, hen you will get so frustrated you will want to delete the app, come on prove me wrong and show you care, add some support!!!

Great motivation
Once you get the hang of how this app works, it's really good. It allows you to set a training plan and track your activity easily. I feel more supported at this gym than any other I've been to, because of the high calibre of the staff, quality equipment and this practical and well designed app. Good job!
