Guaranteed 2h booking? Sorry, out of drivers!
Cannot rate less than One. Reliable after over two years with me using the service very often ( likely twice a week for airport trips). Today booked a non-airport trip, well before the two hours ‘guaranteed’ trip to get a call, 15-20mt saying they cannot do the service! When I’ve said that was above the two hours guarantee service I was told ‘ no drivers today ‘! What about tomorrow? Are u able to guarantee my service tomorrow? Can’t care less with the reply as will it use you again...

Ok app, awful minicab service
As Queen’s Park locals for 20 years we’ve tried to support Swift Cars in the face of Uber’s takeover and but have been let down too many times. From late cars to smelly drivers. The final straw came today when my 6.20am booking to Euston had somehow not logged onto their system. I called at 6.25 and they said they could get a car to me by 6.50. For a 7.00 train. Unforgivable.
Thankfully there was an Uber in the area and I got there just in time, but sorry Swift, we’ll never use you again.

Appalling. Can’t recognise signal
Since refresh completely unreliable. Sort it out. It claims to not have a signal when there is one! Have tried reinstalling.
Old version was better
Previously could contact the driver but now have to go through their switchboard. Lot of time hanging around airports...
