  • Tasks

    Can someone please change the way the task list is presented? If I have 23 tasks, they should all be listed and then at the end yes or no. If yes, end of clocking out. If no, then you can comment on whichever tasks you did not do. This thing where I have to click on every task individually EVERY DAY is annoying and time-consuming. Can someone please change this?
    P.S. most people are saying yes to everything and not even looking at what these tasks say after the first week of doing it. PLEASE CHANGE THIS! Also please make it so I can see the password when putting it in so I don’t have to go back and change the whole thing if one letter or number is wrong. This app is really antiquated and not up to par at all.

  • Has issues hope you can fix

    When working an overnight the calendar automatically goes to the next day not the shift in progress and sometimes it goes to the last month.
    Can’t edit one’s comments so typos can’t be fixed. For example: If I forget to put in that i gave them a cough lozenge I can’t go back and put it in at the correct time.

    Also, Why do we have to hit the button “make available for next caregiver “? They should always be available. The next caregiver needs to know and often there is an hour or more between caregivers so no verbal reports are possible. The button stays on when the app is open but if it closes because one has gone to another app or time has past and one has to log back in, the button is no longer on to make comments available.

    It often won’t let me clock out if I haven’t been using it for awhile and i have to close it and log back in. Frustrating when i a few minutes to leave.

    Today I hit all the tasks marked 1/2 hour before my shift was over and it sent me to clock out and it stopped allowing me to make comments. I no longer could comment on her drinking water.

    Must be a bug as I try and get into the calendar and it doesn’t open. Can only see the date today and future and then only by scrolling and it doesn’t want me to see far into the future. Why can’t i see my past work days?

  • Updated tasks

    I have a client with a long list of daily tasks that need to be updated. Currently, when a task has been answered, no for not being completed and the next page pops up for the reason why it wasn’t done, I feel like it would save the caregiver time by automatically returning to the task page once the submit button has been tapped. when I go back to the task page, after clicking on the submit button, the app should go to the next task. Currently, it is just kind of Helter skelter as to what task it returns to

    Also, when the clock out button has been tapped, I’d like to see a verification notification that confirms “you have now been clocked out“ or “clock out successful“. I cannot always tell that I have successfully clocked out.
