  • Health insurance app that is detrimental to your health?

    Reviews listed were 1-3 years old. After 30 minutes on hold with the customer service line, I thought I had nothing to lose. And I did, indeed gain. I gained mounting frustration, points on my blood pressure readings, and a sense of incredulity that any business could operate with this degree of inefficiency - if not contempt - for their customer.
  • Cannot log in

    I can use my name and password in the web version but cannot login via the app.
  • Very slow and efficient

    Come on devs. Don’t know what you guys are doing in the backend to process these requests but you’ve got to refactor whatever it is so it doesn’t take 30 seconds to get something back from an endpoint. or swap out the db or API to something better.
