Claims take what feels like forever to be processed. I know they are allowed 60 days. I know that I have met my deductible and out of pocket but now I have to wait until everything is processed. I go to doctors appts and they try to charge me even though I know everything has already been satisfied. So now I have to wait or pay and then hope to get the money back.
