Using this system is unnecessarily complicated. To clock in, you have to navigate to a separate page, which adds extra steps to the process. On top of that, the constant need for verification codes sent via text or email is frustrating and time-consuming. If you don’t start the process at least 15 minutes before your shift, there’s a good chance you won’t clock in on time. Overall, the system is neither streamlined nor user-friendly, and it’s not optimized for mobile devices at all. It could use significant improvements to enhance efficiency and usability.
