Apple wallet

Great app. It would be great is the insurance card could be added to the Apple Wallet for faster retrieval.

Can’t add insurance card to apple wallet

Roadside Assistance “Submit your request through the app”

I submitted a roadside assistance request through the app. I got a status of “in progress” and a reference number. I waited for an hour and called in finally just to find out nothing was on file or in place. Given there is no support for the app itself or any place to submit issues, this is literally the only way I can let you know of the bug in your app. Hopefully you can get this fixed and spare more people their time and frustration.

Weird

The app doesn’t allow you to edit your profile information. I have a new email, so I have to quit using the app and go back to paper.

Terrible, what’s the point of an electronic insurance card if you can’t access it. I Will get new insurance if the problem isn’t fixed soon.

Not working for me

Was with this insurance for almost 7 years, but this super beautiful app says , invalid name, once I am trying to log in!

Very frustrating

Not up to standards I expect from CF. Very disappointed with this app. Cannot print from the pdf it prepares, AND, the receipt doesn’t even have CF’s name or logo on it! How can it be used to prove payment! REALLY POORLY THOUGHT OUT. Two stars based on a feeble try. Do better!

APP not working!

When I needed to present a copy of my current insurance card, the APP wasn’t working properly. Kept saying encounter a problem.

Improvement noted and a suggestion…

Good job adding face recognition. Some phones don’t have a fingerprint recognition capability.
Suggested improvement: include the capability to import insurance cards to Apple Wallet. St Farm has this and its very convenient. Thanks!
