Apple Wallet

Would be nice and convenient to be able to store card in apple wallet like other insurance companies offer..

Generally a good app, needs updates!!!

Able to access all of my information, relatively easily. App is still very slow, and does not support password saving through the iPhone, or Face ID. Most current version only supports Touch ID, so if you have a phone newer than that, you can’t unlock the app unless you manually enter the username and password. Should be easier to get into the app!!!

The app does currently support Face ID through the login experience by following the routes presented for fingerprint scanning. Would be nice if it were usable.

I have tried several times to simply register my policies on this app. The DOB tool does not work. It shows only Jan, Feb, Mar. Yesterday it only showed dates up to the 21st. I deleted the app yesterday and reinstalled the app today. Now the dates are 1 through 31, but the months are still Jan, Feb, Mar.

I am running the latest OS on a brand new iPad. Tried it on my old iPad with latest OS and same result. Same on my iPhone X Plus with latest OS.

Pretty Good

The app works well, but it doesn’t seem to support Face ID. I don’t have Touch ID because my iPhone doesn’t have a home button but whenever I log in (by typing in my username and password) it asks if I want to enable Touch ID. Really would like Face ID.

Good app, missing something

It would be nice if you could see your upcoming bills in the app instead of having to go into the browser. I’m more concerned about what bills I have coming up than I am about what bills I’ve already paid, so I end up having to go on the website anyway. The app itself is well laid out though.

This is a well made app. Everything you need to interact with the company is right on the home page, and well laid out with large buttons instead of links.

I haven’t seen an app as clean as this one. There’s no reason for someone to NOT understand how to use it. It was so fast to sign up as well. I am truly happy for being a customer. Recommend to everyone!
