Need help from customer support please!
Hi there! It looks like your customer support form on your website is broken, I keep getting a time out error message and am in need of some help! I got logged out of my app automatically during a conference yesterday and don't have access to my leads anymore! The username and password that I originally used doesn't work anymore, can someone help me get back into my account so I can export my leads please? Thank you!

Very Nice!
Very nice work on this app. Love the UI. It’s clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Great aesthetic as well.
I do have one concern. It seems that after entering a phone number (Meow Meetup event profile) that I am only able to update, not remove it. I wasn’t aware that info would be public when I first added it. For now I just changed it to 99999999.

Less than ideal
Two of the primary functions of an event app are missing or so cumbersome as to be difficult to use.
Location of sessions does not appear in the app. If I want to find the location of a session, I have to find a person or wander around until I get lucky to see the sign beside the room.
Slides from presentations are not available in the app. Most slides are not uploaded, and the only way to view them is to have the app email them to me, then open the email, then open the attachment.
I hope our professional organization will use a better app next time!
