Hello, this app was working perfectly until the most recent update. I can use all functions until I try personalizing the skin care. It won’t load, stating I should check my network connection and try again. However my connection is fine via data and WiFi. Can anyone help with this? Please and thank you!

I love this new app. I always have problems finding my shades of foundation and this app goes straight to the shade that matches my skin tone. Also love that at the end it shows you the products you used to make your look!
