iPhone incompatibility
This is the only app I have that does not seem to play well with Apple security. At times it will work but usually I have to try to log in twice and get error messages and sometimes can’t log in at all. I have deleted and reinstalled the app countless times. The browser seems to work better.
App not working for the past few weeks
I haven’t been able to use this app since I changed to an iPhone 15. I’m getting no support from the bank. If it doesn’t resolve soon I’m changing banks
Lowell five mobile all is awful
For over maybe 3-5 years the app has not worked. One day it randomly stopped working, I tried calling multiple times, even asked while in person about it and never got a resolution. I’m starting to heavily consider a new bank purely because of this issue. I’m not calling the line on the error message for the 10th time

Doesn’t Work At All
The login doesn’t work at all. Every time when I try to login, it comes up with error that call customer service.
Log in issue
It’s a good app but it constantly locks me out of my account and says it can’t verify my account credentials. So I’ve had to call customer service and reset my password many times

Neither of my daughters’ apps work. I often get error messages.
Strange problem
The app works well but once a week it will lock me out of my own account where I will have to call customer service to help unlock it.
Definitely a great update.
Works with facial ID and depositing works great. Quick and easy
RUNNING BALANCE
I would like to have the running balance back, please. It is 100% useful and it is frustrating without it. Thank you!
